btaTimecard Referral Program

Share btaTimecard with another company and, if they become a paying customer, you can earn credit toward your future monthly subscription cost. Here’s how it works:

• Share your link > Send your unique referral link or code to another organization.

• They sign up & pay > The referred organization completes its trial and pays for two consecutive months.

• You earn credit >$5 per company on their first paid invoice, applied to your future btaTimecard balance.

• Credit is billing-only Referral credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed outside your account.

btaTimecard Referral Program Terms

These Referral Program Terms ("Referral Terms") govern participation in the btaTimecard referral program and are incorporated into and subject to the btaTimecard Terms of Use.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Active subscribers ("Referring Organization") may participate in the referral program by sharing their unique referral link or referral code with other organizations (“Referred Organization”).

1.2 The Referred Organization must be a new customer with no prior account. Self-referrals, duplicate referrals, and any attempt to misuse the referral program are disqualified.

2. How Referral Credit is Earned

2.1 If a Referred Organization becomes a paying customer using your referral link or code, you may earn billing credit of $5 per user.

2.2 Referral credit is awarded on an organization basis. Later changes in the Referred Organization's user count do not affect the credit amount for that referral.

2.3 Credit is not awarded immediately. The Referred Organization must complete its free trial, pay for its first month, and successfully pay for its second monthly billing cycle. Credit becomes earned after that second successful payment.

3. Redemption and Restrictions

3.1 Referral credit is issued solely as billing credit toward future subscription charges for the Referring Organization. It has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be transferred.

3.2 Referral credit expires if the Referring Organization's account is cancelled or terminated before the credit is applied.

3.3 Referral credit applies only to eligible subscriptions and may not be applied to other products, plans, promotions, or special arrangements.

4. Program Administration

4.1 Breakthrough Analytics reserves the right to review and determine referral eligibility at its sole discretion.

4.2 Breakthrough Analytics may modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program or these Referral Terms at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Participation in the referral program does not create any partnership, agency, employment, or joint venture relationship between the Referring Organization and Breakthrough Analytics.
