With the Data-to-Omega Assessment, our experts sit down with your leadership team and guide a discussion around your business from beginning to end.
We’ll begin with a short overview of the three core components of Data-to-Omega, then spend the rest of the hour leading a brainstorming session around your business challenges. This is meant to be a low-pressure, fun conversation to help identify bottlenecks, incompatible workflows, and growth opportunities within or around the systems you currently have in place. We’ve seen what works, what doesn’t, common issues that develop and how data can help overcome them.
After the call, we will reflect on what we heard and follow up with a report summarizing our discussion that includes:
A high-level “health report” of your organization’s position within our three core areas
Key projects, and analysis ideas discussed in the meeting
Opportunities for improved efficiency & automation
An estimated level of effort and impact for each item
Impactful next steps for you, and how Breakthrough Analytics can help (when appropriate)
